Content & License

All course materials, including videos, text, and downloadable resources, are owned by Evening Sky Speech or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for your personal learning.

Unless expressly permitted, you shall not record, redistribute, or publicly display course content.

Payments & Refunds

Prices are listed per course and may be updated from time to time. Taxes, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout. When you make a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including taxes.

If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance. Refund eligibility may depend on course progress, completion of downloadable materials, and compliance with acceptable use. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if misuse is detected.

Chargebacks without prior good-faith resolution efforts may result in account suspension.

Subscriptions & Renewals

Some offerings may be billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel future renewals any time before the renewal date in your account settings (when applicable). Partial billing periods are not prorated unless required by law.

User Conduct

Do not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights. Do not interfere with other users or the platform’s operation.

Availability & Changes

We may modify, pause, or discontinue features, courses, or content at any time to improve quality or maintain security. We will aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes when feasible.
